Chamber Information
The Chamber regularly publishes a Community Profile and Business Directory which lists the name, address, telephone and fax numbers of each Chamber partner. The Chamber office distributes more than 5,000 copies of this directory annually. Display advertising in the directory is also available to Chamber Partners.

Business Referral System
In response to numerous daily telephone inquiries, letters and personal contact requests, the Chamber staff gives referrals to Chamber Partner businesses only.
Refer a new business and when they join the Chamber, you receive 3 months membership FREE!!!
Information Center
The Chamber provides to the general public, tourist information and directional services, as well as relocation information and business start-up requirements. To address the volume of requests received, the Chamber has developed an impressive pool of reference materials that are readily available to all seeking information. What a perfect showcase to display your business cards, brochure, flyer or other literature that promotes your business.
Business Seminars and Workshops
As needed, the Chamber offers seminars and workshops on topics intended for the improvement of business skills and business advancement. These seminars address a defined need in the marketplace and are made available to Chamber Partners at a low cost!
Flyers and Mailing Labels
Chamber Partners can participate in this mailing by supplying the Chamber with 850 copies of their 8 ½” x 11” 20 lb. “standard” weight advertising flyer and $125 to help cover mailing costs. Or if you’d like to do your own mailing, the Chamber can provide the mailing labels or disk for $125. Cost for non-members is $175.
Power Breakfast and Mixers
These two monthly activities are prime networking and social opportunities for our business and community Partners. With an informational guest speaker, the breakfast meetings offer a venue to keep the business community informed on topics that could impact their business. The mixers are located at a different member site each month, and provide a casual environment for local business people to become acquainted, exchange ideas, and gather referrals. Cost for breakfast sponsorship is $175.
Partnership Reception
At least twice each year, you are invited to a special reception that allows new members to meet the Chamber Board, the Chamber Staff, City Officials, City Staff and fellow Chamber Partners, as well as receive a brief overview of the Chamber’s various committees and their activities.
Ribbon Cutting/Grand Opening
Each new business member is entitled to a ribbon cutting ceremony that we highlight in our newsletter. Having a Grand Opening? Let us know and we’ll help you get the word out through our monthly newsletter!
Monthly Newsletter
Each month the Chamber sends our monthly newsletter filled with information to help you succeed in business to over 800 businesses. The publication affords you several opportunities to promote your business:
 New Member Listing – All new members’ information is listed
Articles – submit a news release about your business and we’ll include it as space allows.
Advertising Opportunities - For only $45 a month, or $450 per year, include a business-card size ad (additional sizes and pricing available upon request).

City Map
The official map for the City of Cathedral City is distributed to new residents, at the Chamber office, at City Hall, and several other locations throughout the city. Affordable advertising is available.

The Cathedral City Chamber of Commerce seeks to:

Provide leadership and direction for the business community and serve as a source of information to ensure the continued progress of Cathedral City’s economy.
Foster communication among members of the business community and promote a favorable local business environment.
Provide ongoing services to the Chamber members by recognizing the diverse interests and needs of its members.
Maintain a high visibility for the Chamber and its members.
Promote good government relations with the business community and serve as a representative in town affairs to solve problems of mutual concern.

Cathedral City Chamber of Commerce Membership
We have over 450 members of the Chamber subscribing to the objectives and ethics as stated above. The membership includes a variety of retail stores, restaurants, numerous service organizations, banks, utilities, real estate firms, professional service companies and individual offices of national corporations. The Cathedral City Chamber welcomes new members. |
