Refund Exchange Policy

Refund or Exchange requests will be accepted provided the following conditions are met:
The request is made within 30 days of original purchase AND no less than 48 hours prior to the registered Event.

To requests a Refund or Exchange, please:

  1. Email or fax your request to (760) 321-0659.
  2. Include in your email or fax:

  • A copy of the original receipt;
  • State the reason for the Return or Exchange;
  • Indicate whether the request is for a refund, or to apply the amount towards a future Event or annual Membership dues.
