Refund Exchange Policy
Refund or Exchange requests will be accepted provided the following conditions are met:
The request is made within 30 days of original purchase AND no less than 48 hours prior to the registered Event.
To requests a Refund or Exchange, please:
- Email email@example.com or fax your request to (760) 321-0659.
- Include in your email or fax:
- A copy of the original receipt;
- State the reason for the Return or Exchange;
- Indicate whether the request is for a refund, or to apply the amount towards a future Event or annual Membership dues.
